We are excited about planning our inaugural convocation and will update our respective website section regularly as more information becomes available.

Accessibility

If a guest of a graduate requires special seating or other arrangements for the ceremony due to a disability, please contact Lucinda Beshay at studentwellness@uofcanada.edu.eg.

Campus Directions

Please find directions to our campus to guide you in making your commute stress free and ensure you reach the Ceremony on time.

Invitations

Invitations are collected at the Gate. Guests must present their invitations to be admitted and appropriately seated. Guests must be seated at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony starting time. Please note: Seating is strictly limited.

Parking and Transportation

Kindly note that on-campus parking is limited. Bus transportation to-and from parking locations will be provided for your convenience. Please refer to the Campus Map that will be shared prior to the ceremony for all parking locations.

Guests will enter and exit the venue through the main campus gate. Please look for signage indicating the venue entrance. Upon arrival, kindly present your ticket to our staff for verification before entering. Ushers will be readily available on-site to provide any assistance .

Photography and Video

Guests are welcome to capture photos and videos of the Convocation ceremony from their seats and designated areas. Please note, the ceremony will be streamed live for guests to watch from the comfort of their own home, and photos taken by our Marketing team will be shared with graduates once they are ready for distribution.

There will be a photo booth available to capture memorable moments.

Reception

Immediately following the Convocation ceremony, there will be a photobooth station. Graduates, students, staff, faculty, friends, and family are welcome. Please refer to the Convocation Schedule for more details on all Convocation-related events.
