Saturday, June 1 2:30 – 5:00 pm, Location to be announced (on campus) 5:00 – 8:00 pm, Courtyard | Graduating Class Photo-shoot Professional portraits will be captured for all graduates. All graduates are required to come prepared wearing their cap and gown. Kindly note photos will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Punctuality is highly encouraged.

7:00 pm, Building B, 228 | Pre-Convocation Gathering The Official Party, including the Lieutenant Governor, Chancellor, President, and government and other dignitaries gather here prior to the procession and ceremony. They are escorted by Ushers to Building A. Event contact: Fatma Halim, Marketing and Communications Office Registrar’s Office staff will pin the hoods to the graduates’ gowns and line them up accordingly. | Academic Procession Line-up Begins. The Official Platform Party family members will be escorted to Special Guest Seating. Members of the Platform Party, including Chancellor, President and other dignitaries gather at Building A ground floor to be ready for the procession and ceremony. Sunday, June 9 7:30 pm, Building B, Food Court Doors | Academic Procession Graduates leave building B escorted by the Convocation Marshall. Academic procession with the Academic Party and Official Stage Party file in. Event contact: Rana Elharty, Director of Student Services |
Sunday, June 9 9:00 pm Courtyard | Academic Recession Graduates leave their assigned seats in the same order they proceeded with to follow the Convocation Marshal, followed by the Academic party, and Official Stage Party. |

Note: International students MUST return gowns and hoods on campus and get refunded through the Finance department.
