Welcome to the University of Prince Edward Island, Cairo Campus! With the 2023-2024 academic year approaching, I am pleased to have you all in our UPEI Cairo campus community. For the new intake and our continuing students, this is an exciting opportunity to live, learn, and grow as you navigate through a vital stage of your life.
UPEI Cairo Campus is a proud partnership with UPEI Canada. It is in the privileged position to offer programs in Business Administration, Computer Science, and Sustainable Design Engineering. As such, you will earn an accredited Canadian degree, right here in Cairo. You have my promise that the education you receive at the Cairo Campus will be the same as if you are sitting in a classroom in Canada. With this Cairo/Canadian partnership comes an imperative to provide robust and context-relevant academic programs that lead to an excellent university experience.
At UPEI Cairo Campus, we strive every day to create a welcoming campus that offers safe, inclusive spaces where you are supported and encouraged to excel academically, culturally, and socially. I hope you will take advantage of the many opportunities and activities that UPEI Cairo Campus has to offer. Attending university is more than what happens in the classroom or laboratory. Participating in extracurricular activities is a great way to have fun, make a difference, and build friendships that will last a lifetime.
