In celebration of the Class of 2024, our inaugural Convocation Ceremony will take place on Sunday June 9th, 2024, at 7:30pm. For details, please review the Convocation Schedule. Faculty will assemble in Building B, Room B228, at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. The Academic Procession will begin to move from the assembly point to the entrance of the Courtyard under the gate following the Graduate Procession.

Regalia

Members of faculty who wish to participate in the Academic Procession are recommended to bring their regalia, and those who do not own their regalia must order their gown and hood by communicating their details with the Student Life Head, as outlined by the provost.

Parking and Transportation

Kindly note that on-campus parking is limited. Bus transportation to-and from parking locations will be provided for your convenience. Please refer to the Campus Map that will be shared prior to the ceremony for all parking locations. Ushers will be available on site to provide you with any assistance required.
