Student Ambassadors Program
Student Ambassadors represent UPEI Cairo Campus during official visits, events, and conferences. Participants receive training in public speaking, protocol, and campus storytelling, helping them develop a professional mindset and strong communication skills.
International Peer Leaders
This program pairs experienced students with new international students to ease their transition into life in Egypt and build an inclusive, welcoming campus culture.
English Volunteer Program
Students support university staff in improving spoken English through friendly and interactive sessions, helping to foster better communication across campus.
First-Year Experience
FYE supports new students through orientation activities and ongoing guidance. The program helps students adjust to university life, build connections, and find the support they need to succeed.
Travel and Exploration
Discover Egypt and Enrich Your University Journey
UPEI Cairo Campus organizes student trips that give students a chance to explore Egypt’s culture, history, and natural beauty.

Community Service and Social Impact
Give Back, Build Empathy, and Create Change
UPEI Cairo Campus students take part in community service projects that promote social responsibility and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Recent initiatives include:
- Ramadan Meal Packing with Zahrawan Foundation
- Iftar and hospital visit at 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital
- Orphanage visit at Banati Foundation
- Animal Welfare Day at a local dog shelter
These experiences allow students to give back while developing leadership and a sense of purpose.

If you cannot find a club that fits your interests, you are encouraged to start your own with full support from the Student Engagement team.
Student Union
Lead, Represent, and Amplify Student Voices
The Student Union represents the voice of the student body. It works to advocate for student rights, support student initiatives, and lead engagement across campus. As a student-led organization, it ensures that students play an active role in shaping their university experience.
Students are encouraged to participate, run for leadership roles, and contribute to building a stronger, more connected community.

Tools and Spaces to Support Your Success
Study Rooms
Located on the second and third floors of Building B, study rooms offer quiet, connected spaces for both group and individual work.
Lockers
On-campus lockers are available to all students by request. Submit the locker form and review the guidelines to reserve your space.
Game Room
Located in the Food Court area, the Game Room features pool, table tennis, and an art wall for students to share drawings and unwind between classes.
Food Court
Spanning over 2,000 square meters, the Food Court features indoor and outdoor seating with diverse food vendors offering options for every taste and dietary need.
