Marketing & Communications Manager
The Universities of Canada, Egypt (UofCanada) is a new premier institution of higher learning situated in the heart of the New Egyptian Administrative Capital outside Cairo. UofCanada was created via recent Presidential and Parliamentary decrees and acts as the branch campuses for University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) .
UPEI is recognized as a leading and innovative center of excellence in learning, teaching, and scholarship in Canada.
Role Purpose:
Provide strategic leadership for all marketing, branding, and communication activities across UCE, overseeing campaigns for branches. Ensure alignment with institutional goals, brand positioning, and student recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years’ experience in higher education or corporate marketing.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and brand strategy.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing and communications strategy.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Manage brand identity, digital channels, creative content, PR, and events.
- Ensure integration of campaigns with recruitment and admissions targets.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (brand awareness, conversion rates, engagement).
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and vendor partnerships.
