We are excited about planning our inaugural convocation and will update our respective website section regularly as more information becomes available.

 
Accessibility

If a guest of a graduate requires special seating or other arrangements for the ceremony due to a disability, please contact Habiba Yousry at studentwellness@uofcanada.edu.eg.

 
Campus Directions

Please find directions to our campus to guide you in making your commute stress free and ensure you reach us on time.

 
Invitations

Invitations are collected at the Gate. Guests must present their invitations to be admitted and properly seated. Guests must be seated at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony starting time. Please note: Seating is strictly limited.

 
Parking and Transportation

There is limited on-campus parking and bus transportation will be provided. Please refer to the Campus Map for all parking locations.

Guests will enter through the Main gate and with their ticket they will enter the venue via the roundabout at the main gate. Signage will be evident. The exit route will be the reverse.

There will be Ushers on site to provide you with assistance.

 
Photography and Video

Guests are welcome to video and take photos of the Convocation ceremony from their seat and designated areas.
Please note, the ceremony will be streamed live for guests to watch from the comfort of their own home and photos taken by our photographer will be made available to graduates, when available.

There will be a photo booth available for all to create and capture memorable moments.

 
Reception following Convocation ceremony

Immediately following the Convocation ceremony, there will be photobooth station. Graduates, students, staff, faculty, friends, and family are welcome. Please refer to the Grad Week and Convocation Schedule for more details on all Convocation-related events.
